Is It Me Or Is My Wife Playing a Pregnant Lesbian In This Film?
You be the judge:
August? AUGUST?? I feel like Florida Evans....damn, damn, DAAAAMN! I'll just have to use my Katharine Mcphee-is-my-wife card and get a private screening sooner. Sheesh.
That film looks ace, apart from the fact that it seems to have the obligatory "nerdy girl makeover" where she turns the "misfits" into what's deemed commercially attractive. It's not exactly promoting self-acceptance :\
I agree with sophie...hopefully there will be something at the end where they go back to being nerds and realize that you don't have to be like everybody else to be a good person. I'm quite nerdy myself...not so much so as I was before the Navy...but I still have a hard time with social interaction...
also, katherine mcphee clearly said "no father LEFT AROUND" (my emphasis)...so the father is a deadbeat dad, that doesn't mean she isn't attracted to men, she obviously has some degree of attraction to us. That's like saying I'm gay because I've never kissed a girl...all it means is that girls are not into me, it doesn't mean that I'm not into them... ;-)

So this movie looks like one that would piss me off but now i have to see it cause kat dennings is in it..i adore her

Yep this movie has MY wife in it. Kat Dennings <3 I don't like that they change the girls though.
