Reading about Sarah Palin these past few days has also scared me out of my mind; if McCain wins, we're an aneurysm away from having her as president. That's a lot to be afraid of as a citizen and even more to be afraid of as a minority (She's not too gay-friendly). She's got some crazy ideas.
I'm glad you posted this, it has certainly helped me feel a little less alone and a little more confident that Palin is scaring enough people to keep us safe from her.
I am both terrified and baffled by Sarah Palin. Watching her interview is like putting together a puzzle thats missing half its pieces, becasue from what I've gathered she can't construct a coherent sentance. She has some ridiculous plans for this country and really no valid explinations for them. I just hope other voters see straight through her. Keep your head up. I hope all is well with your family.
What part of Houston is your mom in?? Hopefully not the south...I'm in the north, and we got the lighter side and it was still pretty bad. I hope she is ok!!! :(
